Mcalister's Deli - Cincinnati

One of the chefs running the line was extremely rude for their employees. She looked and acted like a manager and she cried lawfully other workers during the average lunch break. She was rude and didn't seem to be interested in the whole restaurant hearing her. Everyone has done a great job to be a team except her! She was the manager with very short brown/blonde hair. Otherwise everything was great. The older lady who took my order was very nice and respectful.

I went the other day to get the famous club sandwich, and this young black man named Alioune had excellent service, was very friendly and respectful and felt at home, a total of 10 out of 10 service for my first time. Very recommend to try the food here if it is your first time?!

The first McAlister I ever visited was a dissatisfied visit. But I thought different location, different service. I was wrong. The staff was not able to deliver the order, not even, but twice. And did not give such a friendly answer when I came in to ask that my order is made right. You've made the order new and made it wrong for the second time. I was on my way.

I always eat at McAisters in Blue Ash. That's the second time I ate here on the west side. I ordered a Savanah salad. The cranberries were not fresh at all. Many were tough. There were three times more than usual. As you can imagine, they are very difficult to get. It's just a part of them.

Good food and great service. Place always clean, orders are always correct. Staff always attentive and goes extra mile. Food is delicious. Recommend the chicken salad, club sandwich, macaroni and cheese, cheesecake, and any of the salads. Best Unsweetened Iced Tea in town.
