Delicious food and service, we were celebrating my husband birthday 60 th ? ??

We had a 2 hr wait because it was Valentine's Day Weekend!!! We didn't care because we knew the food was worth it...but I must say..our waitress Frannie (I sure hope I spelled that right) was so on her game and understood the assignment!!! Drinks were never empty..food was amazing!!! And coming from myself as also being a waitress at a small Cafe in my hometown...the experience was awesome even tho they were extremely packed!!!! Way to go Frannie!!! You made our 2022 Valentine's day dinner amazing!!! ??

We went to celebrate a granddaughter’s birthday on Saturday, February 12, 2022. Our waitress are amazing! Ordered a 12 oz Ribeye, the Roadkill and a kids chicken tender meal. When our food arrived, the 12 oz ribeye was not even 1/2 inch thick. The ribeye was smaller than the 6 oz sirloin that we usually get. The steak and French fries were stone cold. The Roadkill was held the thickness it used to be. It was covered in mushrooms and raw onions. The onions were not sautéed they were crunchy not even cooked. My sweet potato was not cooked thoroughly. It was hard in the middle. The chicken tenders were popcorn chicken not tenders and the fries were stone cold. The bill was $46.00. This is the 4th time in a row we have had this same issue. I will not be back. I want to support our local restaurants but when you have a cook that puts food out like this, management needs to supervise everything that goes out. Again, our waitress was awesome. We did tip. Management must supervise or people will not come back.

Our server was excellent. She kept our glasses filled even though it was an incredibly busy night. There was a 1.5 hour wait but that didn’t bother us as we were able to do “call ahead seating.” My steak was also cooked perfectly which again, is nice considering how busy it was.

Order was supposed to be ready for pickup at 5:30 no one acknowledged me until 5:48. At which point the fellow handling takeout came up and asked for the info about my order. He promptly went to kitchen and came back to advise it would be just a few more minutes. He brought the order up and everything was correct but not warm. This is the third time it has been like this within 2 months of my to go orders. They need to have the 4/5 hostesses help the Togo person instead of standing there on their phones.
