Bidrage med feedbackThe restaurant has an unfavorable policy. I went through the drive-thru and ordered two meals, but when I reached the window, the employee Natalie only noted one meal. I informed her that I had ordered two, but she said she couldn't take orders at the window and I would have to go through the drive-thru again, per store policy. This type of behavior is known as malicious compliance.
On our first visit to this restaurant after a long morning (11:40 am), we were excited to sit down and have lunch. However, while waiting in line to order with other customers, we were abruptly told to leave the line and use the drive-through as they were closing the restaurant. We were escorted out the door by an employee, which was a first for us. The customer service was not up to par and we will not be coming back. They lost a lot of potential customers in line, as well as those who were planning to dine in. Hopefully, the owner will improve the customer service or train their employees better.
