Rollickin Gelato - Christchurch

I love their gelato and desserts but the customer service i have received over the multiple times of going to this store is bad. Might be my luck, but it seems like no one at this location actually likes to serve customers. The most recent interaction i had; the worker wouldn’t even respond to me. Just got our order and put it through eftpos. Makes me feel unwelcome coming to this store. The Cashel street location is so much better! I would recommend going there instead. The street vibe is really nice though, upstairs seating can be overwhelming (small space, lots of people and hot) On a random note: they also have pictures with questionable parliamentarians

Great dessert place in town! We love the apple pie and cookie pie very much. It is not too sweet for us but it warms our heart. Good place for night out as it open till 10pm. Awesome place for dessert and chit chat.

We love Rollickin Gelato!! Delicious gelato flavours and they keep a steady flow of new yummy flavours to try. There dessert dishes are pretty epic as well. If you are going to frequent, make sure you download their app and collect points to get free Ice cream!!

Honestly not too sure why this place is related so highly. It has a super cool atmosphere and a great location, but the gelato itself is not very good. I was expecting it to be amazing with the line out the door and so many good reviews. We had the salted caramel and hokey pokey but it was very icy and the flavors were kinda just so so.

Great place for a treat. Been here before last time I was in Christchurch will return everytime we come to visit family. Once you've visited once you'll always want to come back. Service was excellent
