Good food, friendly service. Food served pretty fast. Happy with the experience.

Food was delicious and the team were working very hard. Unfortunately the fire alarm went off just after we got our meal. We were not directed where to go or we were meant to evacuate (as the rest of the mall had) so we stayed at our outside table and finished our meal. Only realized the alarm was at our restaurant when the firemen went past us into the building. Luckily it was smoke from the grill and not an actual fire.

Good bbq chicken as always and the staff were good.

Food is fresh. However they are keep serving in broken bowls, this was the second encounter in this branch.

Great food however very poor service, we had a burger that didn't come. After we told the server, she was quite disrespectful and said that all orders had been delivered (even after we had been shown the receipt and it had been proven we had not been given what we had ordered). In the end they had no sympathy for us and left us no option but to buy another burger. Would not recommend this location if you want fair customer service.
