Mcdonald's - Chicopee

This mcdonalds is like any mcdonalds. it's completely in order, and they get what they pay.

Not the best mcdonald’s they miss items in our order, but there are food better than most

I'm a truck driver, so I had to park at the truck stop over the road. I run by to try to eat something, but the doors were locked, so I asked if I could go through the drive thru. the first lady said I don't have to drive. I explained I'm a truck driver, but she doesn't have to do it with a posture. I asked two other women who came back in, and they called the same back. I explained again with a attitude that she rolled her eyes and said what you want. I never said I don't want anything now. there is no reason to have such a disgusting attitude. If you don't like your job, go somewhere else.

The service has just gotten worse over the last ten years. If there is more than 1 car, expect to wait 10+ minutes (with no one in the parking lot or inside). Orders are consistently wrong and poorest of mcDonalds quality; missing food, no customization, stale buns, over cooked nuggets. BTW, they close at 11 inside and drive thru. A little ridiculous considering it’s right off 291, the MassPike, and a truck stop. I feel bad for the very few good employees that work there because they look frustrated and exhausted.

Had 2 quarter pounders for me and my son and the buns were hard as a rock. I think they were trying to save stale buns( they were well toasted). All the condiments poured out on every bite cuz the buns did not soak up anything. Usually pleased with their quarter pounders, but these were sad
