Swift Sons - Chicago

Swimming and sons beat our expectations in food and service. Steve, our host was very helpful and patient. He gave us suggestions for dinner. Cocktails were very good. We were glad to celebrate our son's birthday here.

Excellent service, phenomenal food. The steaks are really perfect. The drinks car and dessert car are a funny touch. Don't hurry. The only negative surprise: They jumped to the bandwagon to add a 3% reward that appears sticky in a high-end restaurant. If your cost escalates, simply increase your prices... bury it... customers will never notice. Overall... really a phenomenal experience.

We had a delicious dinner for our anniversary. The waiting staff was very attentive and the food was delicious!! We have free cocktails and chocolates for our anniversary. I would recommend it very much.

Came with a friend right after work and had a wonderful meal! He ordered the cold seafood plate and loved it, and I had the 8oz file. We also had the mushroom side and the loaded potato side that were both delicious. We shared the pages and there were more than enough, many leftovers. Prices are expected for a steakhouse in this area. Additional points for them with a soft beer option.

If you're lucky enough to score Scottie for your night out, you're set. Scottie found a way to take an already excellent meal and make it phenomenal. Let's start with our meal. We each got a half salad which was plenty to start. Each of our steaks were perfectly cooked. The sides were to die for and the wine was amazing. For dessert we sampled from the dessert trolley and tried out the deep dish chocolate chip cookie. Scottie made sure our meal was smooth, perfectly paced and our glasses were never empty. He answered all our menu questions and more importantly, made the meal so relaxing and enjoyable. We've dined at many Chicago steakhouses but the food and the service at Swift really does set them apart. The prices are right on par with what you'd expect from a great steakhouse and 100% worth every single penny. We'll be back happily.
