Papa Johns Pizza - Chicago

The first time and tried to order a pizza I repit my order like 4 times, but the workers do not hear me cuz they have music with high loudness?

Truly the worst please you could ever order food from. The manager is the rudest person you will ever talk too. She has now hung up on me 3 times because the pizza has taken over 2 hours to be delivered. She’s the worst. Do yourself a favorite and never order from this place.

First time I ordered a medium pizza it took over an hour to arrive and was stone cold and burnt. The next time we ordered, the pizza was supposed to arrive in 45 minutes. We kept waiting but...nothing. After an hour and a half it was marked as delivered but had NOT been delivered. We called the store and the manager hung up on us (more than once). Terrible service. Bad pizza. Wish we could get delivery from another Papa Johns!

Absolutely terrible. Do not order from this location. This is after several attempts thinking each one was a one off bad experience. Completely unprofessional, banged loudly on our living room window instead of knocking on the door and every time they forget part of order. Last two times it was our soda until we chased them down and asked for it this time. Pizza was undercooked and cut crooked so it was only 7 pieces, breadsticks were literally raw in the middle. Don’t waste your money.

Delivery is quick but pizza is lousy?…For $35 you can order fantastic pizza locally like Jimmy’s Pizza Cafe for Ny style or Pequads for the best deep dish in town. New York style pizza is hard to find in Chicago so I thought I’d try Papa John’s New NYC style pizza and it tasted worse than Chuck E Cheese. Total waste of money!
