This is the best coffee I have ever had! The service from the girls is amazing. I give it five stars plus.

I would not recommend this place at all after the terrible verbal abuse from the employee today. We only wanted to order two simple drinks - a coffee and a cappuccino blast. The female worker accused us of having an attitude for no reason and told us to leave. As we were walking out, she made rude comments about our weight and even gave us the middle finger. I will not be returning to this location again.

Please consider supporting the staff at this establishment. It may be best to avoid going inside, as it seems to be a challenge for them, especially for the young woman with very long fake eyelashes. When we entered, she appeared overwhelmed and reluctant to walk to the counter to take our order. I made the mistake of asking a question, and the disdain in her expression made me feel unwelcome. Not only did she not answer my question, but the whole ordering process felt like a chore. After a frustrating experience, we decided to cancel our order and leave. Surprisingly, this seemed to amuse the staff, which eased my guilt for causing a disturbance. I would advise others to spare them the trouble and simply continue walking past this restaurant.

The paper was not removed from the cheese, the service was nonexistent - the worst Dunkin Donuts experience I've ever had.

The new and improved Dunkin' Donuts is worth checking out. The brand seems to have undergone a much-needed makeover in terms of appearance and branding. The changes made have greatly improved the overall experience. Security has improved, lighting is better, display glass is larger and more appealing, there are LCD monitors everywhere, and the place is much cleaner. If you haven't visited in a while, be sure to stop by and try their OG Caramel Latte. While there is still room for improvement in terms of professionalism, this Dunkin' Donuts is definitely on the right track. It's a great spot for grabbing a coffee or espresso for some overnight studying.
