Beatrix Loop - Chicago

I have been a Beatrix customer for a long time. I frequented the Food Court Water Tower Place, Chicago, Clark Street Grand Avenue, Northwestern Memorial to name a few. I was disappointed to learn that Beatrix doesn't take online delivery orders for the Marketplace. The only way to eat the Marketplace Food is if I visit in person because it's a Self-Serve. That should not be a problem because I'll pay for whatever is the weight of the food I believe this is an unnecessary obstacle. I left a message for Natalie 2 weeks ago asked her to forward my feedback. I'm not sure she did, or management chose to ignore me. Which is it?

We stopped in front of a show for dinner and got the theater menu that had delicious eating, huge portions, and the service was excellent.

Great atmosphere for the lunch plus a good coffee bar to follow up the meeting with a day closing email burst.
