Bidrage med feedbackThe restaurant has a claim, but fails to achieve it. The aim is to offer a level of food in line with the museum (high level), the menu is different, attractive, consistent with the museum and new. However, from the start it loses coherence, tablecloths, cutlery, glasses, ceramics, everything, nothing Mexican and much less with a theme consistent with the museum, Puebla boasts enough production of all these elements to replace and turn the restaurant into an extension of the museum, the museum store itself has some products and this without the need to turn the restaurant into an inn (which should not be the purpose). The service, distant, slow and with many dishes not available because the kitchen opens late, this is unacceptable, since the restaurant only opens at noon, there was no duck or chicken, so the dishes with these ingredients were not available. were available.
The food was not fresh at all The service was very good
Hello. The restaurant has been closed for over a month and will reopen in another month. Currently, there is only a cafeteria service. This is something that diners should be aware of if they are expecting a full meal. We were disappointed.
The restaurant is located inside the International Baroque Museum (MIB), associating the grandeur of that time with the beauty of the building; therefore there are expectations about the restaurant's proposal, which should be up to par with the other two values. As for the cuisine, it is necessary for them to refine culinary techniques and cooking methods. The proposal is interesting, but poorly executed. Regarding the service, it is ESSENTIAL that more effort and, above all, training of the waitstaff is needed; especially when it comes to the head waiter. The uniforms were in poor condition. The pace is clumsy and rushed, similar to that of a bad catering service. The waiters do not have the necessary knowledge to explain the menu. There is no consistency between the service, the menu, and the building. These are truly disconnected concepts.
We loved everything about this meal. The food was outstanding as was the service. It was difficult to choose an item because there were so many wonderful choices. Plus the museum itself was extraordinary.
