The Ridge - Cheyenne

Simply add salt. The land engraving had the perfect amount of pepper. Potatoes were a tad bean, but with a hint of salt were perfect. Roll was a little hard, not the soft way I would hope as a dinner roll. Chicken fried steak presents well, was a great size and tasted juicy with a crispy texture. Restaurant and bathroom were clean. The waiter was attentive and knew the menu. The meat leaf ordered. It was good, little gland. Potatoes and Gravy. choice of white or brown. The green beans were fresh, not skillful. Rolls were soft and really big. Dinner was enough for 2 meals. I was happy!

Very disappointed. I promised a private space when I made the reservation. But instead of tables in the middle of the room. Our party long waited to take over our orders. Although the waitress was very nice. When the food finally came, it was really tasteless. Hamburgers and rolls were so dry they could hardly eat. Mac cheese was the worst. Sloppy tasted awful. My men Chili Burger was the worst he ever had. Will not return.

Great food. Just like the grandmother. Be ready to wait. Friendly staff. Fair prices.

The chicken fried steak was to die for, actually the whole meal was amazing. Love the changes they, turning it from a Mexican restaurant to a comfort food restaurant. Go hungry because you will be so full when you leave.
