Bidrage med feedbackWell, at first no cold brew. Second, no refund available because we purchased it through the app. I'm trying to figure out how to get a refund now. No donuts. Nothing complicated, just a chocolate sprinkle donut for my kid. At the end I told him he can keep the money, apparently they need it more then me.
Not a big coffee drinker but needed a quick me up before starting my work day. Excellent customer service asked me to verify my order before handing it to me which I appreciated.
Just went in to pick up a dozen donuts. Oh young lady, helping me actually pick the donuts up off of the tray and put them in the box with her bare hands. Even pre-Covid. That is a very unsanitary thing to do. Management needs to get these folks some training ASAP.
Ordered online for pick up. Doors were locked and was told to go thru the drive up. I was in a time crunch for pick up and couldn’t wait in the line why I did pick up to begin with . When I called and asked for a refund I was told that since it was thru app I would have to contact DD. Several emails later and still nothing. Many times my order has been wrong and now this. Good bye DD. I will share my experience so others know what to not do.
Donuts were delicious. But the person who was packing donuts and receiving payment was visibly sick. The person kept on blowing nose on wet handkerchief and did not wash or sanitize hands. In the era of Covid (and many other diseases), we would really appreciate it and we would feel safer if people who work there put more emphasis on hygiene.
