Wendy's - Chesapeake

Every time I come to this place and order with bacon, I get very little bacon. If someone could see this review at the moment how little of Speck is on this BACONATOR Fritten, they would shock how little effort and how little care this business has for its customers on quality control. Get your stuff together Wendy?s in Grassfield that was the 6th. Sometimes my Baconator-Fries have been grounded and it's the same, always replacing and saying? I'm sorry that didn't happen again? I think 5 times past that the first one deserves something in return for the many failed attempts that this institution had. As my friend just pointed out, these employees have to check settings there.

Ordered some spicy chicken nuggets and a spicy chicken sandwich and they didn't even put my sauce in my pocket or gave me my 2 cookies I ordered. $3 down the fucking drain. Don't you come back to that Wendy? Crazy thing is that the guy on the plate sound nice and helpful, but not even put my sauce or cookies in my pocket. My sandwich was also made sloppy

Bad customer service ever. Can't get an order right and she can't? This place needs to be shut down like the Applebee? Learn from Chick-fil-A. You have customer service to science.

The customer service is poor and rarely do they get your order right. I wanted to make a complain but each time, they failed to give me a receipt. I recommend checking your order before you leave the drive-thru.

The workers were very rude and had an attitude! I was not rude to them at all! The manager has the audacity to ask why I didn?t order the lemonade at the speaker ! Stay away from this one!
