Hardee's - Chesapeake

The new night leader Thomas- really makes a positive change in this Hardee's! The food was cooked and nicely packed! He is also very friendly, which is always beautiful and not so often with fast food staff and manager. A big difference than before. Look at it! Update 1/15/22. Had breakfast while waiting for an oil change and it was amazingly cooked! Look at pictures. We went back at 5:00 to get the 12 PC dinner for the kids... there were no shops at all. We said they didn't drop a chicken and it would wait 20 minutes. No customer was there. We decided not to wait 20 minutes and we went somewhere else for dinner. I was confused about why they were completely dead until business and had no chicken cooked. I think many people have decided not to wait 20 minutes.

I rarely write reviews, but the gentleman on the Drive-Thru made my day literally with his positive attitude! This was my second time here when I visited family and both times I have some of the most friendly customer service not only from a fast food restaurant, but customer service in all companies in general! The food was super both times and this place is definitely worth a stop when over or in the area, five stars!

Perfectly made steak, egg and cheese biscuits. What a great staff, too. I was in 5 minutes on Saturday morning. It's hot, fresh and fast. Super friendly crew and manager. Thank you.

Had a last minute care order for 80 fried chicken. Not only was the person who answered the phone extremely polite and professional, he took time to provide and estimate, instructions for the online payment process, and confirm pickup and contact information. While this is no less than I would expect for even 4 star service, he went beyond and beyond with a pleasant and friendly setting on the phone Amd in-person. My order was all freshly cooked and perfect for my arrival. He even offered me a drink while I was waiting for the staff to pack the boxes properly into a large box for transportation and loading in my vehicle. I was really impressed by the above and beyond the service I received from this little, from the way Fast Food Restaurant.

So i usually never write reviews but i had gone this morning to get breakfast and right off the bat the guy at the speaker had such great energy and a positive light . as i got to the window he told me good morning and put a smile on my face . as my order was concluding he told me to “make today a great day” and that is the part that pushed me to write this review . some people like myself really need that push and positive energy to keep them going . and it’s probably not the easiest to be so positive and happy at 8 in the morning but he still chose to be. i wish i would have caught his name but it was around 8:10-8:20 . and not to mention my breakfast was hot and fresh!
