Applebee's

We had 5 different servers so hard to get that right. our eating came twice wrong and on time it got right, the rest of the dinner was over! but still we let them pay for something that they were not even, but 2 wrong! only good was my 13 dollar drink! I asked if we were any drink specialties and were said no. but table next to us asked the same question and received 2 $5 Christmas drinks. smh, so server the rules and serve what they want without affecting. I asked for a manager and waited 25 minutes. I just went to that point. never back! we spent well over 80 dollars for 2 adults and 1 child and still received terrible results. never again!

We may order any other week from here. my family loves Thier apps, so we just order a baptism of them and share. we had last night a problem and the manager geno was quick to fix it. he was very nice and treated everything very professional, although I probably had taken my frustrations of the day on him for an honest mistake, because I apologize. they have a great staff and we will continue to order from here.

Would never return! - yes. almost out of everything and we could not even finish our meal because of the high sodium taste! we were there to celebrate my husband birthday and instead of a happy it was a very sad and disappointing celebration. the man took only one 5.00 drink and gave us a terrible stale brownie free! how disgusted I was that our meals were comp or in leasing 2 meals! spent 82.00 and got a worse experience

Had a nice lunch with my wife. relaxed atmosphere and our server was very friendly, prompt and appealing. thanks shawn! food: 5/5

I was seated and waited about an average amount of time before my food came out. When I took a bite of my boneless wings they were not hot at all as was my fries. The manager came out and repeatedly said that he was surprised and he would have them make my food fresh. It came out no more than five minutes later and I could immediately tell that they didn’t make fresh wings but instead poured more Buffalo sauce on them that was hot because the chicken itself was exactly the same and once again the manager stated how he’s surprised. SMH! I had an appetite so if they would’ve been hot I wouldn’t have called him back over. I decided to refuse the food and leave. Only reason I give two stars is because the server was very pleasant so I still gave her a 25% tip off eBay the bill would’ve been.
