Sandringham Hotel - Cheltenham

My husband and I went out to dinner on Saturday night. He enjoyed his fish and chips, which were good and came with generous portions. Unfortunately, my roasted sweet salad with added chicken was not tasty at all. The vegetables seemed soggy and bland, and the chicken was tough and flavorless. The staff was friendly but appeared inexperienced. I tried to focus on my disappointing meal without causing a scene, but ultimately left feeling hungry and unsatisfied.

My expectation to cneipen is in the rule not too high when ordering grilled fish, but was pleasantly surprised. had the grilled barramundi, which was boiled to perfection. good atmosphere for large groups and family come together. good night.

This is a pub. It is family style so lots of kids an noise. it is a good atmosphere the place was buzzing. The people serving were really nice and helpful. Food is not fancy. It is average old style pub food. . Just a...thing to note there is no food or drink after 8:30 pm. I would have rated higher if we could sit around for a bit longer. Saying that we had I was a good night out.

We made a reservation for dinner on Wednesday, the 12th, and drove for an hour to get to the restaurant. We were excited to dine there, as we have visited multiple times before and always enjoyed the food. However, when we arrived, we discovered that the kitchen was closed due to COVID-19 without any notification. We were left feeling disappointed and hesitant to book here again. Instead, we ended up dining at the restaurant next door, which turned out to be fantastic. We may make this our new go-to place for dining out.

I went to the restaurant on 3/1/2022 with two friends at around 1:15pm I order flathead at the service counter, was serviced by a man around 30 years old with a bit of bald head, I paid by cash handed him a $50 note, he...gave change of $23 , (2 $10 notes and $3 of 50 cents coins) Waited for one hour no food, I went to the counter ask a guy who was working at the side counter if he can help me to check with kitchen, however He keep working not even bother to go to the kitchen. I wait for another 20 mins requested one of the waitress to check for me, The waitress got back to me stated there is no flathead Oder was recorded, then the waitress went to get confirmation with the guy who took my order, He denial, he said I order garlic bread not flathead will check for cameras record I wait for one hour with no response. This is very poor service not treading customer with respect, will never go back.
