Had a lovely evening drink and Lee the manager was very sociable and welcoming, locals very pleasant and chatty. Definitely popping in for another drink

I tried going to the restaurant at 12:20 on a Wednesday, but it was closed with no signs indicating the reason.

Great value for money food, good well kept real ale. Really friendly and helpful landlords. Well worth a visit.
