The smoothies are a little pricey but great overall.

Always good service and good yogurt. My daughter is find of the strawberry boba topping.

I ORDERED A NON DAIRY COCONUT MILK CHOCOLATE FROZEN YOGURT FROM POST-MATES ABOUT AN HOUR AGO. VISITING THIS TOWN FROM CALIFORNIA, I HAVE TO SAY THAT NOT ONLY WAS MY ORDER WRONG, BUT WHEN I CALLED THIS PINKBERRY TO SEE IF THERE WAS SOMETHING THEY CAN DO ABOUT THE ORDER THEY HAD GOTTEN WRONG, THE YOUNG MALE EMPLOYEE THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE TREATED ME WITH COMPLETE DISRESPECT. I CALLED AT 8:21 PM. I ONLY GOT ONE SENTENCE IN BEFORE THIS MALE EMPLOYEE GOT DEFENSIVE THE MINUTE I SAID THE WORD POST-MATES. HE WAS ARROGANT. DID NOT CARE THAT MY ORDER WAS WRONG. MY INTENTIONS WERE ONLY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE NOT COMPLAIN. EITHER WAY I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING HUNG UP ON FOR NO APPARENT REASON. I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING TOLD THAT ?IT DOESN?T MATTER.? I WILL NEVER EVER RECOMMEND THIS PINKBERRY TO ANYONE I KNOW. IF THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS OVER THE PHONE I CAN IMAGINE FACE TO FACE. I WILL BE TAKING FURTHER ACTION.

Nice little frozen yogurt shop in downtown Chattanooga. My family wanted something cold after our activities of the day. We found Pinkberry on Google maps and saw that the prices were much better than the other outrageously priced name brand shops in the middle of downtown. It was so worth the short walk! The staff was so sweet and laid back. They made us feel right at home. We got some free samples to help us decide which flavor to get. Then they piled our bowls up with tasty frozen yogurt and yummy toppings. They also have smoothies made with fresh fruit, my husband and I tried the pineapple mango one and was very pleased with taste and texture. 4 of our kids got bowls of frozen yogurt and toppings, the other 2 got a mixed berry smoothie. We heard no complaints as they happily scooped and slurped them down. Next time we are in the area we will be back again!
