Thai Station - Charnwood

The fried rice at this restaurant is excellent, which is why we overlooked the consistently terrible customer service. However, during my most recent visit to pick up a large order totaling over $85, I was met with unprofessional behavior from the staff. I was left waiting with my food sitting out, and it was only after I threatened to leave that they finally served it to me in a rude manner. To top it off, the woman demanded a tip after the transaction. I will never be returning to this place, and it's no surprise that the restaurant is always empty.

I placed my order at 6:13 pm and received my food at 7:45 pm, but unfortunately it was cold. I do not recommend ordering from this restaurant.

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering! I placed a takeout order at 6:05 pm and was told it would be delivered in 40-45 minutes. After waiting over an hour, I called to inquire about my order and was told they had gotten busy. Eventually, the delivery driver called to confirm my address. Finally, at 7:40 pm, our lukewarm and unappetizing food arrived. Very disappointed.

Worse place to get food over an hour for a basic dish. 2nd time it's happened so will never go there again.

I haven't eaten my dish yet but already know I won't be returning. I went into the hot unventilated restaurant to order while my husband was in another store with the money. The lady told me I had to pay up front so my 4 year old and I had to go back down the stairs, find my husband and get money only to return the 2nd time,when the order wasn't ready, to pick up my order and wait for another customer to pay while he picked his up. 4 times up the stairs with a 4 year old is very bad customer service. Let alone the fact that the price was more than the menu on the front door once I had ordered.
