Kardinal Hall - Charlottesville

This was a really fun and spacious tap house. They have a good selection of beer and a good menu, complete with a variety of in house German sausage. The indoor area is very spacious and they have a lot of board games. The outdoor patio has a nice view, and has two bocce ball lanes if you?re into that sort of thing.

We had a great time here! The burger was absolutely delicious, and the beer was great too! They have a huge selection of beers drafts, cans, and bottles. It was quite busy when we went, a Saturday late afternoon, but not too bad. Definitely check it out!

Amenities include a sand bocce pit, board games, projector screen for the big game, outdoor bar, and a well covered patio. I thought of this place primarily as a brew spot where food might take a back seat but that is not the case at all legitimately tasty and sizable dishes, and their sausage is assembled (cranked) in house.

Great place for a nice pint and some good food. It?s not exactly cheap, but it?s definitely reasonable and you get what you pay for. Been coming here for a few years and the staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. Vibes all always great, too

We have always loved Kardinal Hall and it was a natural choice for my son?s high school graduation! Great and plenty of food, fun things to do, a private room with AV and a wonderful event planner and staff. Affordable too for Charlottesville!
