Bidrage med feedbackMy husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary and we had pancakes and breakfast every year to celebrate. We're new to the area and I was sooo sad to find out that they don't serve their breakfast menu for dinner. Fortunately, we asked our server and he spoke to the boss, and everyone was so gracious for us and allowed us to have pancakes and waffles for dinner! Service was excellent!! Our server was funny! We'll be safe this time and make it during breakfast hours. Thank you again for having our anniversary feeling for us!!!
This place is on the hill. The last two times I visited, the service was terrible. My family of four went to breakfast and our waitress was not existent all the time until she finally refilled our drinks and broke our cheques. My last visit was worse. My friend and I went to breakfast and our server was rude and rushed. I confirmed that fried middle eggs would still be casual and he said yes, but when he brought them, they were completely boiled. It wouldn't have been a problem because they were made new, but he brought the new eggs with quite a setting and said: You asked for poached medium what you should? ve asked for poached light.? Then he continued to lay his lower arms on the stand of the hostess and to talk to the hostess who completely ignored us. I had to ask another server for syrup for pancakes. I tried to give him his tip and he said rude? Do you leave it on the table and never brought me my coffee he had offered. Too expensive for such bad service!
Sitting here on a cloudy day. The service was great or waiter was attentive and gave great recommendations. All I tried was great. The house made sausage was fantastic and the fried chicken was really good. I would also recommend the house juices. The pancakes were the perfect fluffiness and the omlet hit the square. I went with four others, so I had to try a little. You can't do anything wrong here. I thought the cheese was good, not great.
I don't usually write comments for the evaluation, but I have to. I was recommended to this place by a family member. The food was great, but the services were terrible. The server keeps forgetting utensils, replacement for order and etc. It wasn't a big deal because I'm flexible. However, I checked the Sunday menu on 4/7/2019 at 1:00 and noticed that the menu mentions a loyalty program and you get a dessert for your birthday month. Not the exact date, but the birthday month. I ask the server if I register today I would be able to get Dessert's birthday The server forgot during the dinning. So I ask again and she asks the manager. The manager told the server that they couldn't do it because my birthday is over. I told them my birthday was last week. I wonder why it said the birthday month in the menu. The server asks the manager to explain and he said he could only do if I received a voucher code. I didn't understand why the restaurant couldn't be included as the menus said birthday month and I sign. I really write this review on principle. I work in service and you want to make the customer happy. First I couldn't get Dessert bc birthday, it wasn't my birthday, but now I have to get a voucher code. I think they just didn't want to talk about why I won't know.
Heard this was a good place to go to celebrate a special occasion. I was taking a friend there for a birthday luncheon. The menu looked great, so we decided to each get one sandwich each and share half. This is always a great way when you can't decide on just one item. We had the chicken salad sandwich and the pastrami. After one bite of the chicken we both agreed we couldn't eat it. It tasted like a cream sandwich. The waitress was very obliging and offered us another choice, which was the right thing to do. Besides not having the best food ever, their prices are on the high side. $40.00 for lunch for 2 is not a restaurant that I will go back to.
