Ru Sans - Charlotte

The food was great! Our server was not. I know it was busy but the way he was taking orders was weird. We had a group of 14 and he only asked the first 4 people for their order and went to the back. Then he came back and took another groups order and kept doing it that way.

The service is great and the food is amazing, keep up the great work. The Chef and kitchen staff must be proud.

The food at this restaurant was mediocre overall. I would recommend sticking to the sushi and avoiding other items on the menu. I had to send back the ramen dish because it didn't match the description, and the replacement entree I received wasn't much better in terms of appearance and flavor. There was an excessive amount of onions in everything, with dishes either drenched in soy sauce or minimally cooked. While the sushi was good, I wouldn't say it's the best in Charlotte.

Excellent food. Just need to update the restaurant. Most seating is cracked and old.

The service is always great. The sushi is fresh, delicious and beautifully presented. Rusan’s is our favorite sushi restaurant in Charlotte hands down. We recommend it to everyone
