Cottage Inn Pizza Charlotte

Needed to quickly feed a large group of people, and they were able to provide me with a full order for 20 people in 30 minutes. DJ in particular stood out. He was warm and friendly from the time I walked in the store, all the way until he carefully placed my order in my car. I hope he gets a raise if he's not the owner. Everyone said the food was really good. 10/10 would recommend!

They don't know how to cut a pizza and they took so long to deliver the pizza and wings were cold on arrival.

Always order a pizza from them when we're in town for the bluegrass festival. Always good.

Ordered two subs, one was a BLT, it had bacon and green peppers on it, that's it! We called to tell them they messed up the order, the guy said he would refund the money for the sub. We asked if he needed our card info to do the return, he said no. We still have not received any refund and it's been over a week. I will not be going to the Charlotte MI store again.
