Rally's - Charleston

Drive thru was long so I almost left, glad I didn't because it moved very fast and the food was great.

The food was delicious and I got my food really fast. The employees and the manager were very polite and professional. I would definitely recommend this restaurant, I have never been disappointed anytime that I've gone there.

Really like their chicken strips and fries, but it seems like every time I go, they are made of unsweet tea, not everyone likes sweet tea

I said to hurry as soon as I went through. The guy who took the orders didn't scream to hurry, rushed when we finally got the others, of course it was wrong, bc, that he didn't listen or not interested. At the window I asked for more pickles that should have been on original order, and he literally blows the window in my face. This place must be closed and the team members of the jokes fired. This place is a joke and I'm sorry I was wasting my money and will post the videos online. Don't go here!

The chicken was very dry and edible without sauce, which was worse because they forgot my sauce I paid extra. The manager was rude and didn't care, the only solution was to give me extra sauce next time.
