Pavo Real by the Sea - Charleston

Very friendly and attentive staff, absolutely delicious dishes. all four enjoyed various seafood appetizers and entrees. everyone was charming and perfectly prepared. the setting was so beautiful! beach side at sunset. I enjoyed dinner there 4 years ago and again this week. I will return definitiw.

We visited Pavo Real for my wife’s birthday with 3 other couples. The restaurant is part of a small (9 room) boutique hotel. The food, service and ambience were wonderful. We enjoyed the wine, entrees and dessert. At no moment did we want for anything. Our only regret is not dining during the day... the restaurant is on e beach and the views would have been wonderful.

Beautiful setting, perfect service, excellent food. I can’t think of a single negative word to say about this special place.
