Monical's Pizza - Charleston

The thin crust pizza and a little bit of the French dressing will please. Great service and a welcoming atmosphere.

They food was good and the staff were great that being said those workers need help i saw 2 guys running the entire restaurant

Food was just subpar and the staff was less than helpful. I felt like they looked through us the whole time we were there. The restaurant was not clean and if I were to compare it to the Monical's in other cities, this would rate the worst one.

At this location the service was awful. The food was great though. So, I just wouldn't dine-in. There was a large group (about 15 people) and all of the service went to them. We never were checked on. Literally, never. Our drinks were never refilled. Ihad to get up ask for doggy bags for our check. No one ever apologized. I would not go back for dine-in.

Felt this location was understaffed. After being seated we sat for over 30 minutes. No one took our order or even got a drink of any kind for us. So we left and went to another location to eat.
