Mod Pizza - Charles

Senseless and constantly incorrect hours. Online says open until 10pm, so does their Google hours. Online pick-up allows me to place an order ASAP not mentioning it won 't be until 4:15pm (currently 11:30am). Both this and Cottleville location are never open for lunch anymore, close before 7pm. Phones don 't get answered, just a confusing mess.

Gave my order to someone else, allowed them to start eating it, then tried to give it to me when they took it back. Staff turnover is high, so no one knows what they are doing. I will never go back.

Went in to get 2 pizza’s and wasn’t helped for a good 10 minutes just ignored that I was there. The one girl working was talking about all her personal issues in front of customers and being incredibly annoying. When I sat down I could hear the same girl just talking about her issues from across the room. She needs a talking to because it was shut annoying and ridiculous. Food was amazing though.

First time ordering and the pizza was good but only had 3 toppings selected and they missed one of the toppings...smh
