Le Fagot - Chantonnay

There's not a lot of choice in Chantonnay if you want a decent meal and this is a bustling friendly place which does a good value set menu, excellent pizzas and salads ( the large versions are very generous) and its deservedly popular. A large salad, a pizza and a carafe of wine for 30 euros inc service.

The owners here really bend over backwards to accommodate their customers, and my family and I felt very welcomed even with a large group (complete with babies!) The food is great and has a home made quality. You can't get better in the area.

A Great experience , I go there every time I come to France with my family. The food is superb and there is definitely something for everyone on the menu. Staff are polite and helpful (they also speak English;-). I would highly recommend this restaurant if you were going out for dinner.Overall, one of the best restaurants I've been to!Open everyday of the week, apart from TUESDAY!

Budget restaurant with a decent selection of standard fare. Good service and value for money. Other plus point, it's always open, even when a lot of the other places are closed.????
