Bourbon chicken had lots of fat on it. No apology from them when I brought to their attention. Offered me something else. Music on intercom was loud!

I was just dismayed at the lack of customer service by the staff. No acknowledgment, and a terse response from the front end cook.

Stopped in this afternoon to have a late lunch and I opted for the two half entree meal with fried rice. I chose sesame chicken and firecracker shrimp. As usual...

Food is okay, service can be a bit slow. Just be prepared if you go through the drive thru window it will take some time, so be patient.
