Noodles And Company - Champaign

My gluten free request was not only ignored but I found a noodle from someone else's pasta in mine. I am glad I found it before I made myself sick with it. If you have any severe allergy issues steer clear of this location.

I absolutely love noodles in all forms and this restaurant has a great selection, from gourmet Mac n cheese to spaghetti to lo mein! Although it's a bit pricey, the food is absolutely delicious!

I recently tried this restaurant for the first time and had a great experience. I ordered the 3 cheese tortellini bowl and it was delicious with a nice kick to it. I would definitely order it again. The customer service was also excellent. Kudos to them!

I had an excellent experience at this Noodles Company location. The cashier was extremely friendly and kind, and they gave me a large side of marinara sauce, which I really appreciated! The service was a perfect 10/10.

Mid meal found a roach inside my food! Literally on my fork, as I was about to eat it. Staff was respectable about it but only refunded one of the two meals I purchased? as if my friend was going to eat her food after watching me pull a roach out of mine?I?m absolutely disgusted with this experience and severely disappointed as I am a huge noodles fan but will NEVER be returningto this location. I can only imagine how bad the bug situation is if they?ve made their way inside of the food ????
