Bidrage med feedbackThe food was ordered half an hour ago. I called the load and spoke to Eli, who said they had only 1 driver. probably you shouldn't accept orders if it will take you 2 hours to make a sandwich delivery.
I am writing this review so that people know that JJ cannot deliver on time anymore because of shortage of drivers. Thrice my kids' lunches were delivered 50 minutes late to their schools, and they had no time to eat. I placed the order at 8 am for 11.30 delivery and their lunches reached them between 12.15 and 12.30, including today. They mix up orders and don't follow instructions happened multiple times but we let these things slide. For instance, adding cheese when asked not to etc. About delivery when I called they told me that they are very short on drivers, and they cannot guarantee delivery anymore. I understand this it seems to be a widespread phenomena. But they really need to let people know, so that we don't depend on them until they get their employee issues sorted out. Such a shame because we ordered from JJ every week for kids' lunch.
Contacted this location because when I ordered my sandwich I forgot to set a specific time to pick up my order later. So I spoke with a manager named Jared. I notified him to see if I could push my order back at a later time because I forgot to set a specific time to pick up my order. From the start he was already rude and basically tried to accuse me of trying to get a free sandwich because my order was already picked up. I tried to explain to him on the phone that my order wasn 't picked up and maybe someone accidentally picked up my order. He then proceeded to say that our pick-up process is 100% error-free.... That 's never possible because I worked in fast food for about 2 1/2 years and mistakes were made such as giving the wrong order. I 'm thinking this manager must be delusional. I was so irritated and angry because I had NEVER stepped foot in this establishment and was ACCUSED of lying and trying to get free food. Then Jared the manager proceeded to dismiss me and tell me I have to go and hangs up on me. I called again and told him that I would like a refund (I mentioned this in the first phone call because he was so rude and disrespectful). He did not wanna work with me and asked me if I wanted both a refund and a sandwich. I said no, just make me another sandwich (since someone else took my order) or refund me. Again he became rude, nasty, and disrespectful and told me to contact corporate because it was their problem. Out of anger, I did swear at him and hung up because he was so UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. Jimmy Johns on Kirby if this Jared is your manager. He needs to be retrained or fired. A manager doesn 't speak to his customers like the way he did to me. I 've worked in fast food and in NO WAY this would be acceptable. If you speak like this to customers, I wonder how you speak to your employees!! If you hate your job then quit! BUT I spoke to another manager named Brittany and she was so helpful, sweet, and understanding. Thank you Brittany for offering to remake my sandwich and being polite. The 5 stars is for Brittany
Would have been 5 stars but they had no straws. I ended up spilling coke on myself because of it.
This location on mattis and Kirby made the best beach club I have to date! Always friendly and super fast!
