Alacati Barbarossa - Cesme

The hotel is very peaceful and away from the crowds of Alaçatı, the food is incredibly delicious and tasty. I especially recommend eating pizza here. The staff are very polite and friendly, we would like to thank them separately for hosting us perfectly throughout the day. You can definitely choose this place for a holiday.

We stayed overnight and were very pleased! Everything was excellent, I have never seen employees behave like that anywhere else. When it comes to the room, we were in the one with the jacuzzi, our room was spotless and very well-maintained. We were very pleased with everything. If you ask me if I would come again, yes, we will definitely come back!

We have never experienced such a bad hotel! It is dirty! The bathroom is partly broken and it smells of urine. There were hair in the bed and bathroom, the towels had stains, and I won't even start on the toilets. It was a horror, I could have cried. The sunbeds and cushions by the pool were extremely dirty!! The air conditioning was leaking and there was construction debris and trash everywhere on the premises! We couldn't cancel our reservation but we still didn't stay, we immediately booked another hotel and left! Our stay was a nightmare and that was enough for us!! This place is beneath contempt!! The pictures are misleading, it's all a facade! Doesn't deserve any stars!!!

Sadece bir gece kalabildik. Oda çok pisti. Tek kişilik yatağın üstü tamamen örümcek ağları ve örümceklerle kaplıydı diğer böceklerden bahsetmek dahi istemiyorum. Sabah uyandığımda bacaklarım ısırıklarla doluydu şuan tüm bacağım kırmızı kabarıklarla kaplı. Yatakların altı tamamen pis kir dolu. Memnun kalmadığımızı belirttik bizi başka bir odaya yönlendireceklerini belirttiler sonra sorduğumuzda otelde hiç müsait oda olmadığını söylediler. Otelden çıkış yapmak istediğimizi söylemek için yarım saat personel bekledik. Geldiklerinde bizi bir gece misafir olarak ağırlayacaklarını söylediler ama sözde müsait oda yoktu Hiç memnun kalmadım bu kadar güzel bir yer böyle harcanabilirdi.
