The kitchen is to be promoted to full votes! Simple equipment (finally), but quality ingredients and well used. Polenta with very tasty sausage and stew to lick the mustache!! The meat melted in the mouth! To go back absolutely. Good boys.
After being sent away from a local near 13:50 because they no longer needed lunch, we found ourselves in “The red thread”, cozy place in the center of Cesana. Friendly staff, quick and great service, tasty food and absolutely OK prices. Good boys!

Then we wonder why everyone goes to the Dolomites and not to our home mountains! Because there are menefreghisti restaurateurs like the owners of the above-mentioned place. We arrive at 12:00 of the Carnival bridge. To welcome us two lads, of which a girl with the phone in her hand who does not even look up to greet us. We ask to eat a sandwich (a sandwich, not a dish because we were in a hurry) but we are answered with discomfort and almost dismay, that the kitchen opens half a day and a half. I was looking for a place for Monday of Pasquetta for lunch with his wife. Found after a short search on the internet, very nice place, given the time of arrival the places outside were exhausted. Very kind titulars, cervo ragù noodles (a show of goodness and to finish an amazing tiramisu. It is seen that in the kitchen they care and passion of the work they perform with quality products.
