A great little spot in Winlaw, B.C. CAN - the food here is great and flavorful. Offerings for vegetarians, gluten-free folks and carnivores. The bread, I believe, is freshly baked. The burger selection includes various offerings - beef, salmon, turkey, vegetarian....the toppings are fresh. Our group all ordered burgers - yum - the meat was delicious. 3 of us beef burgers, while my spouse had the salmon "burger" which is actually a locally caught fillet served on a bun with a homemade sauce. She's particular - so this was a great success for the chef. The French fries are nicely cooked, as are the yam fries. I had a salad with my meal - huge and packed with good stuff, super fresh and served with a balsamic vinaigrette (my best guess). For dessert our group shared a gluten-free brownie and a piece of spice cake. These were very tasty. Brownie a bit rich, kind of fudge-like, just so you know, eh? It's definitely a slow-food joint with seating indoors and out. Casual and friendly a great place to go and spend time with friends and/or family. Locals seem to use the space for business meetings of a casual variety as well. I'd be a regular too if I lived in the area.

This small restaurant was recommended by a local resident. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious! Cute greenhouse style building.

I love the food.. the service is excellent and the servers are kind and friendly.. the atmosphere is nice, comfortable and relaxing.. there are toys and books for kids to keep busy too.. the live music is very enjoyable always.. during the warm season it's nice be able to eat outside and enjoy the surroundings.. A great place to eat or meet up with friends for a great cup of coffee or tea.. A warm and welcoming place to be.

This charming restaurant in Winlaw is a must. The food is healthy and the ingredients are fresh. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu.

The concept of this place is great, however I would recommend it more for light fare, coffee and treats. There are usually gluten free cookies or options here.
