The Phoenix, Chelsea

The Phoenix on Smith street in Chelsea is above all comfortable. A very well turned out take on the traditional British pub. The beer was good and cold. Also, a couple of cask ales available for those that do. There is a small but well chosen menu if you are hungry, don't miss the specials on the blackboard. This is a really pleasant place to have a drink in the company of the friendly efficient staff.

Delicious Sunday roast we had the chicken and veggie roast which was an absolutely divine mushroom and spinach Wellington. All arrived at perfect temperature, all trimmings very nicely done (especially celery purée) and staff very friendly and efficient as always! Highly recommend

Really enjoyed our experience at The Phoenix. We met Felix the puppy, had some great food and enjoyed some lovey atmosphere with friendly service. Recommended.

Very friendly pub, was lovely to sit outside and enjoy a delicious Sunday Roast. Was on the expensive level for a pub but quality food and service.

Had a lovely Sunday roast at The Phoenix yesterday. Very cosy pub in the heart of Chelsea. Despite it being very busy the staff were friendly and food was very good. I ordered the veggie roast and a pudding, both delicious. Oh and so many lovely dogs allowed which was the icing on the cake! Plus great music, none of today’s Spotify rubbish
