The Drunken Waffle - Centerville

I ordered the Vegan Reservoir Dog with jalapeño syrup and a side of pickles. Despite not having vegan ranch available, the dish was still delicious and crunchy. I can envision vegan meat options being offered in the future if more vegans frequent this restaurant. Here's hoping!

The food at this restaurant is expertly prepared by the local brewery. The chef puts a unique spin on classic Americana dishes, rather than sticking to traditional food culture. I highly recommend trying the fried cucumber cheese sandwich on marble rye.

Oh my goodness! The food here is amazing! I had the Belgian waffle and eggs, my favorites! I loved the jalapeno syrup. The pulled pork sandwich is the most popular item and it is delicious with homemade mayo. The burgers are also fantastic. You should definitely try it out for yourself!

So good! the chickens and waffles (with jalapeño maple syrup) were great, but the beard bites did not take long enough to make a photo. So, addictive. I also had their fried pickles and I hope they make it on the regular menu! we started that they were parked from the Sojourner's/Bock family brewing. they defend themselves when they are in the opposite!
