Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Centerton

I've been sitting in the drive-thru for 30 minutes. There have been no more than three cars ahead of me at any time during that 30 minutes. The car in front of me has been waiting at least 10 minutes for someone to open the drive-thru window. Not coming back for a long time, and I'm about to leave.

Went through drive through was asked to park and wait. After 15 minutes went in. Served grabbed a bag and asked if this was our sandwich, my wife said I don 't know what sandwich is in the bag how would we know, she checked it, it looked like it was and the server said the toaster wasn 't working so the bun wasn 't toasted and my wife said so? No getting his point of why it took so long and he said the F 'ing toaster is broke, my wife looked over at the manager who said nothing, did nothing and gave her a negative look so my wife grabbed the bag and left. Got home son opened it and the order barely had any fries in the fry bag either. The Centerton Popeyes has no focus on customer service, going there during day is a risk of getting out in timely matter or getting g your order right, they stay open until 10 but stop cooking a lot of the items at 9 so if you go in late they won 't have a lot of the menu. It 's a nightmare going there.

They get 1 star only because 0 isn't an option. Talk about a store that would be better off closed. Even if you love the app and Popeye's chicken like I do, this store is NOT where you will get it. Their service is simply non-existent, and they don't care.

Horrible place. Long drive thru line, sat for 10 minutes without moving.Parked and went inside. No one acknowledged me at the counter, one male employee walked by me twice and said nothing. 3 employees by the back wall looking at a phone and laughing, one male employee looked up and saw me but went back to what he was doing. The drive thru girl was sitting down picking at her nails. Another customer came in complaining of uncooked food. I left immediately. Went to KFC and was out of there in 5 minutes.

—>THEY SAID THIS IS NOT McDonald’s<—Worst experience ever, I ordered 6 wings 6 wings on Uber eats on Sept 7th around 9:30 pm CST using Uber eats offer.And when I went to pick up the order, they said this is not McDonald’s and asked to cancel my order and 3 persons on the shifts are laughing loud. This is the worst experience I have ever seen in Popeyes. Deleted my old review to write new one with 1 star. Do not suggest to visit, don’t waste your time.
