Mcdonald's - Cedar Park

That's one of the best md I've been all over the country. the employee is so friendly and very respectful. yes, they are Mexican and I wish restaurant have this quality of service that the team here give their costumes. last time I was there, one dame was very rude and racist to one of the team members and I just remembered that she could go back home and cook her breakfast when she was so happy with the food she was bought. they complained that they didn't give her any juice, but I saw her put the juice on her purse and went back after another and I told the worker that she could look at her camera that would look angry and go away. Remember when they are not happy at eating quickly well they can always cook home plus remember to respect these workers wiouth then we have no food and yes they have the choice to go and get another job. also all mcd have camera so be careful next time try to get them extras. I'm here, I'm not gonna let it happen. integrity is something that comes from home and is passed on from parents to children.

Many thanks, mcdonald’s for opening their playground! my order here was 100% accurate and the dining area and the bathroom were clean. in the did a worker made super cleaning nonstop my entire visit. she's a rock star.

I ordered mcdonald’s for the delivery and they have completely messed up my order. they have reimbursed my money, but my mouth is not filled. the next day I ordered the mobile app, sat 15 minutes on the parking lot when they brought out my food, we decided to check our order, they know. and low and behold, they have forgotten our torments, thru drive-thru line to let them know, and all they said was sorry that they can wait for another 10-15 minutes until we bake them. I said my order sits in my truck on which she shrunk and said again, I'm sorry. No refund and no cake. it is a tragicody, how employees treat customers nowadays, and also work ethics is terrible. sad to see that a fine American establishment goes down the tubes. they have lost my business forever!

A mobile order today. I picked it up with the drive-through (I no longer tried to look at mcdonald's coworkers with this 100-degree weather). but today they told me that I was moving forward and eating on the last window. Fifteen minutes or so later, I flew a hired man and asked her what's going on. eating was already cold when she gave it to me, and they gave me a free pancake. we've stuffed it in the mull.

Slowest drive thru ever . The line is wrapped around building to the street and still they just take their sweet about getting your order and giving out the food. I thought this was a fast food place people trying to get to work !!!
