Bidrage med feedbackThis place is terrible! I'm going six times a week, but it's hit or miss. I love Dunkin coffee, but they're fucking the simplest orders. I ordered black coffee and basically got water. Somehow you see this coffee. This happens in this place all the time. I'm not going back.
I'm going to the window and the lady never tells me the charges of my drink. Then you doubled me and NIE even told me until I thankfully asked for the reception and then, when I ordered for a big instead of a medium, they put my medium drink in a big cup and filled it with ICE... and when I went to confront her, the manager didn't let me talk, very dissatisfied!!!
The service was good. The person taking the order was extremely nice. Unfortunately the cleanliness was questionable. It was about 9am and all tables were full of crumbs from the previous patrons. Not too big of a deal, we grabbed some napkins and wiped down the area where we sat. Well, I didn't take long to notice all the dead flies. . . so I thought. Bees! They were dead bees. At least they weren't alive I guess. The donuts didn't seem as fresh as a normal donut shop but that's been the norm lately. If I go back it will be to go and drinks only.
So glad the old manager is gone, old employees are gone! The new manager is so sweet and I love to see her take control and keep the kids on their feet! Whoever says otherwise is crazy!! Great job Jessica! Always getting greeted and acknowledged , I like how she always telling them to stay off their phones and keep busy ! So excited for the new change! Out with the old and in with the new!
My children went on Sunday, September 11, 2022 and order a dozen large pig in the blankets, spending $31.00 and change. They were burnt and turned over in the other side and given to them instead of throwing them away. Contacted the store and was told that we can come back up and get a refund. The time was 2:11 pm. Why would the establishment even serve this to begin with. Tamara was the person at the register. I believe that the cook and the person who decided to sell this should be taught how to handle customers right by going through intensive training again. I took pictures and would like to upload but no place to do so
