Brae Loch Inn - Cazenovia

Was only there for the whisky this time. Visited the bar with a friend who's also a Scotch fan. We had Laphroaig Caidreas finished on Pedro Ximenez barrels, Bowmore 15, and Dalmore Port Wood. All were fantastic and the bartenders were super friendly and knowledgeable.

Recently my daughter and son in law , PREPAID AND BOOKED a room with a jacuzzi for their honeymoon nite Sept2), i dropped them off after the wedding and next morning was told how HORRIBLE their experience and room was . Her words , we booked a room specifically for the jacuzzi, for our WEDDING NITE, arriving at the room found it OUT OF ORDER , they never said anything to us that it out of service , then after that checked the bed... YEllOW STAINS ON THE SHEETS!!! ,and then she went on , about the breakfast just. Coffee lousy. And dry pastries) for a supposedly high end restaurant , Pretty low... you owe them an apology and a TOTAL REFUND...
