Flor de Mel Lda - Castelo Branco

My dog was welcome! Arranged in advance, I was given a quiet table in the simple, but tasteful dining area. He had beef and rice, and although this is primarily a sea-food restaurant, I had a veal steak. Seth (my dog) finished his whilst I...had my soup starter. The steak was accompanied by chips and salad, finished off with a coconut-mousse which was divine. I washed everything down with the house white wine. This restaurant is run by lovely folks, and if I lived in Castelo Branco I would be a frequent customer.

Location indicated to invite the wife or girlfriend for a romantic dinner and seafood very well prepared by Mrs. Fatima. Track dinner with green wine.

Very good quality and fresh seafood. Restaurant also offers a variety of steaks. Very good quality. The best choice if you want to have seafood in the Portuguese countryside.

Great meal and service. Fish is very fresh and cooked for erection. Had. Great waiter who spoke great English and helped with the translation. Good choice of wine from the waiter. The location seems a bit off as in a residential area... but worth the visit and at a very reasonable price.

Eating was really fresh and the service was extremely good! the best marisco in the opposite! definitely to visit! we are coming back!
