Hibachi Express - Casselberry

The food at this restaurant was excellent and everything was served hot and fresh. The Holiday roll practically melted in my mouth! I enjoy adding a little extra Eel Sauce to enhance the flavors even more. And the Fried Cheese Cake served with homemade vanilla ice cream was a unique and delicious experience for our taste buds.

I have never had a negative experience at this restaurant. The food is always incredibly delicious!

The food was delicious, but the steak was somewhat overcooked and lacked the usual sear and char that hibachi meals normally have. The rice was slightly too mushy, but still had good flavor overall.

The noodles were okay. They were a little greasy but still tasty

The Filet mignon and Chicken Teriyaki were excellent. The steak was cooked to order and the chicken was tasty and exceptionally juicy
