Bidrage med feedbackNormally JJ?s is a safe quick spot for a good sub. This is not the case at this location. The guy taking our order needed about five minutes before he could start taking our order (we were the only ones in drive through) Once we got to the window, he took our card with his gloves on, and let us know it would be just a minute for our sandwiches. He then walked up front (thought he was going to make our food.. NOT).. I worked in the food service industry many years.. very gross cross contamination.. after about 10 minutes I thought ? maybe they?re short staffed, let?s be patient? however, after seeing three employees walk from the front to the back multiple times, seemingly farting around, we knocked on the window and asked for a refund. The girl was extremely confused and just walked away. I have NEVER waited 15+ minutes for a JJ?s sub.. especially when no other customers were inside or in the drive through. I am still waiting for my refund as I spent nearly $20 for 2 subs I never received. Gross cross contamination, lazy employees strolling around the store and absolutely no urgency to rectify the situation. Would give 0 stars if I could.
Zero Stars would be much more Appropriate. So much for freaky fast. These employees are beyond slow. Ordered 2 sandwiches at the drive thru and waited for over 15 minutes, while watching the same staff member go into the back and change his apron multiple times and start counting cookies in cellophane. The first red flag was the that the fact that the employee needed 5 minutes before I could order (I was the only one in the drive thru and no one was inside) the second was that the employee was opening the window and took my CC with the same gloves he was preparing food with. Get with the program folks, let?s be responsible and cleanly adults. The coworkers were useless as well. After waiting for over 15 minutes for 2 simple sandwiches I asked to cancel and refund my order. This almost made these low IQ individuals head explode from confusion and the girl expressed she ?does not know how to cancel and refund an order.? Uneducated and untrained slow staff. Corporate should revoke the ownership of this location. The bank will be returning my money.
You would think spending $60.00 for some sandwiches, you might get what you ordered. Called the store twice, had better conversation with park trees. Later the owner called, said he will make it better. Update, talked with owner of restaurant, nice guy. Explained everything to him. Made up for the bad experience and apologized for the inconvenience. Changed my experience with this restaurant. Not often the owner himself calls you personally.
Hard to complain. They're always fast and friendly. We have never had an issue with quality or accuracy here. It's a much better alternative to Subway and their app is great for earning free food.
The staff here is AMAZING! I went through the drive thru and after getting to the ordering screen I realized that not only was I there before they even opened but that there was a tree blocking the exit. I tried to back out but it didn?t work because of how the drive thru is shaped. The workers gestured for me to go to the window and when I got there I told them there was a tree blocking my way out. They were shocked and gave me a free sandwich while they worked to move the tree out of the way. I just want to thank them for not only giving me free food before you were even open but for also making sure I got out safely with no damage to my car. THANK YOU GUYS!!!
