Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Carthage

I have never walked out of a place with such disappointment in my life. Simply wanted to enjoy my birthday morning, grab a smoothie and go. Was immediately judged and told to leave when I refused to show a fake service dog card for my REAL SERVICE ANIMAL. There will be an ADA violation notice coming soon, sincerely hope you all have terrible days.

Oh the Mocha Madness… My only complaint is that they aren't open 24/7. If you go, don't stop at a smoothie because the food is pretty good as well.

I mobile order about once a week for lunch during work. I have always loved Tropical Smoothie, because of the real ingredients and customization options. The Carthage location is great. Always friendly, fast, and my order has never been wrong. I had to write a review this time because when I got my mobile order (a Dragonfruit smoothie) an employee had drawn this awesome dragon on my cup. It’s such a small thing but it really made my day! Thank you for brightening my work day.

Wished there were more options for a true Keto smoothie. Friendly staff.
