Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

One star for asking me to pull up (with a car parked in front of the door and no parking in sight) after ordering a kiddie finger meal...

What happened to the service here? This used to be our favorite place to eat for years at this location. They left my food up by the kitchen and kept telling me that it wasn't ready yet. I placed an order to go. I had stood there for almost 15 minutes. Finally I'm thinking it does not take this long it showed it would have been ready way earlier. I can see a name on the bag and that was my order sitting up there the whole time. If I'm going to pay $30 for food I would rather it not be cold and have better customer service. I told them and they just acted oblivious and then they apologize realizing that the whole time almost 20 minutes now that was my food up there.

Fries not fresh EVERY SINGLE TABLE WAS GREASY this zaxbys is just nasty I need a shower after sitting at a table yuck!

Staff can be friendly at times but they always have long wait times and get my order wrong. I will not be going again to this location

Every time I order here it is wrong. 3 times in a row. Now I have to drive back to get them to fix our order. This is the last time.
