Taco Bell - Carrollton

Ive been eating at Taco Bell since I wS a kid. And I'm 67. Love their tacos but the shells have gotten so thin they break before you get that first bite. Please go back to thicker taco shells.

Not only was the food evil, but while ordering on the com, they laugh n Playin on the intercom. If it wasn't for my sister-in-law, I would have gone stupid pages on her tireless ass! Stupid up ya game, service and food quality. Yall Slackin! Food: 1/5

The lady on the trip thru is really rude got my order wrong the first time and has accused me of it, but I didn't have the other part of the order in the bag so had to go to drive the thru again to get the rest of the order When she was asked for the second time after the reception, she said she threw it away with an rude attitude You need to do something about herMake to get your receipt when ordering

Through the drive thru. The customer was very short and rude. The best part is when he put his dirty shoe on the counter, then he took off his shoe and put his dirty socks on the counter. When they saw my pictures, he came into the window and threatened me. I called Carrollton's police to inform him about his violent behavior. The Carrollton PD will watch him when he goes to work for a while. He is best not to threaten people with violence and at least stop putting their dirty feet on the counter where food is served.... We're not going back.
