It's been a while since we ate at La Morada. We treated ourselves to a weekend treat and ordered some burgers to take away, but the truth is we were very disappointed. Unfortunately, it was noted that the provolone in one and the bacon in the other were overheated and cold because their texture was hard and chewy. It seems to me that they should throw the bacon on the grill when the burger is going to come out, as well as the provolone cheese. The meat was very salty and had many pieces of fat. They probably lowered the quality to maintain the prices (between $6,000-6,800 per burger). We do NOT recommend “broken rustic” potatoes. Sadly they were cold, ugly looking and inedible.
