Cafe Groovy - Carindale

I was a little concerned when I arrived at the restaurant for brunch on a Saturday morning and found it not very crowded. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The big breakfast I ordered was reminiscent of American diner food, which I didn't mind at all. My dining companion's eggs Benedict was delicious, although the caper berries were forgotten by the cook. The pancakes were light and fluffy, topped with high-quality fruit. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely return to this cafe.

The big breakfast was extremely large and cost around $20 for a sizable portion. We could have easily shared one and still felt satisfied. However, the food was only mediocre at best. On a positive note, the service was excellent with very friendly staff.

My wife I came down for brunch last week, she had the steak sandwich I the corn fritters. Food was delicious! The serve too big for me to finish sadly but a generous serve of Halloumi is always a great addition to breakfast. Service was professional, swift I really appreciate when waiters check how many shots of coffee are in our order before making it (thanks Joey! . A lovely menu staff, heaps of parking space to spread out in their outdoor eating area.

Amazing food, wonderful service and a great location. We stopped off for a quick lunch and the service was very friendly and extremely polite a real pleasure. We ordered burgers, fries, tortilla wraps and shakes. Everything was delicious and very quick. Highly recommend.
