Frankie Benny's Cardiff St Davids

We went for food last night and our waiter was phenomenal. especially when i smashed a glass by accident they didn’t make a fuss and even gave me a drink to replace it for free. all the staff were polite friendly and nothing was too much trouble. i didn’t catch the waiters name but he was tall slim with blonde hair.

Nice place. Food came quickly with good portions. They did seem a bit short staffed the Sunday evening we went though; as a few people waited quite a while to be seated.

Came here just before lunch time around 1130 ish as google says that’s what time they open. When trying to enter we were told 1145 which wasn’t too much of a bother. Today seemed really chilly and we wanted to sit inside but was refused as the gentleman had not had chance to look at his reservation board

Very poor service today 27th Dec 2022 at Prezzo St David’s Centre Cardiff. Had to wait over an hour for our main course. No apology, said we’re busy! I believe they lost our order as other customers who came in half an hour after us were served their food. An apology and offer of a drink while waiting would have helped. Staff were not interested. This is the second time this has happened in the last month. I did not complain last time but felt I needed to this time. Kevin Dickie

The food was great. One waitress had a foul attitude, and was quite rude when we were paying, so we left in quite a bad mood although the food was lovely. The other waiters were ok although they were quite busy so we didn't get much service.
